Where can I buy the cheapest carpet/rug?
I need cheap carpet or a large rug to cover all or some of a bare dorm room floor. where can i get them? do they have “scraps” at carpet stores for sale? is there any cheap places online?

Home Depot across the nation right now is having a MAJOR clearance on precut and bound rugs that would be great for a dorm room.
Yesterday, for instance the prices were this:
5×7′ to 9×12 sizes were $14.99. They were originally up to $129.00.
Go to the carpet section of the store and ask where their clearance rugs are.
I have a flooring shop in Seattle area and would give you a great deal on a remnant if you local other wise look for the liquidator stores
