What rug cleaner can I use to clean delicate and/or antique/oriental rugs?

I wouldn’t want a commercial chemical cleaner on these rugs, such as the ones you spray and vacuum…OR are they OK to use?

  1. dipper says:

Professional cleaning: If you live in area that you do have access to Oriental Rug dealers let them wash your rug.
They should charge you anywhere from $1-$2 per Square feet for the cleaning fee…

You can check the website listed below….They give info on self cleaning…….

Having cleaned mine myself decided to have it done professionally the next time….It is not an easy job.
