What is the EASIEST way to get blue bleach powder out of a white rug?

And I don’t have many cleaning supplies.

I spilled a ton of the powder on a small somewhat shaggy rug, so its really difficult to get the powder out.

HELP! I need a quick, easy fix REALLY BAD!

    i think it would be best to hang the rug up and beet it out, then vac it,
