I installed wood floors for the dogs. It makes for easy clean up of accidents. However I did not think ahead to the dogs comfort of play. They slid on wood DUH! So I put down multiple area rugs. I have no slip pads double taped to the underside but they roll up, peel off and slide if the dogs don’t specificly hit the area that the pad is under. I’ve looked online for something that will guarantee the rugs to stay in place and maybe cut down on noise but they are crazy expensive. My husband wanted to double side tape them directly to the floor but that will ruin the floor. Because we have to be able to regularly remove the rugs to clean underneath them as well as the rugs themselves because if it’s not an accident they are tracking mud in. Please help.
