Most people associate the January sales with Christmas; as something that happens around – or just after – Christmas.
The truth is that for many, the rush and the thrill of the January sales can get a bit too much. Queuing up outside high street shops for hours in the freezing January cold, only to spend half your day swimming through the crowd in a tightly packed shop and then be told at the till that you’re only ‘allowed’ one item is not everybody’s ideal fun.
A lot of people avoid the January sales for this very reason. But of course they still wish they could somehow bag that bargain.
