How do you keep an oriental rug from shifting on top of wall to wall carpet.I bought a rubber pad.?
but it still gets wavy & I’m afraid someone is going to trip.The rug used to lay on a similar pad but it was on limestone floors & I never had a problem.thanks for advice.

I would try double-sided carpet tape, available at most hardware stores for just a few bucks.
