how do i stop my area rug from moving?
I have two area rugs on carpet, and there is furniture on each. They keep moving and wrinkling up, and they’re so stiff that I can’t get the wrinkles out. I rotate them every few weeks, but that doesn’t seem to help.
Do the rug pads work on carpet?
I mean, do rug pads work between carpeted floors and area rugs? I don’t have bare floors.
