How do i keep a rug from moving or shifting on carpet. I use it under my computer chair and it moves around?
I use this rug (approx 4 ft. x 6 ft.) under my computer chair to keep from wearing out the main carpet, but this rug shifts around too much. How can i keep it from moving?

Either an anti-slip mat or duct tape on the bottom of the rug. the duct tape works better than the mat thing but may leave adhesive on the carpet. the adhesive comes up with a carpet cleaning.
I use a hard plastic mat that is available at most office supply stores that is designed to take care of the problem of protecting the carpet or rug. It is clear plastic with small fingers that stick down and anchor it to the rug.
