How can I remove a Rust Stain from a Cream Wool Rug?!?
My dog peed on the leg of a settee that sits on a very expensive cream-coloured wool carpet. To make matters worse, it’s not mine.
I’ve managed to remove most of the pee but the pee itself caused the leg of the settee to leave a heavy rust stain. It’s paled somewhat as we’ve attempted to remove the pee stain, but can anyone recommend anything that might dissolve the rust stain without causing any damage or further discolouration to the rug?
