Extra large rugs
Also known as large area rugs, extra large rugs are becoming popular once again judging by the number of recent online rug searches. New build homes are typically more spacious inside than traditional homes, possibly accounting at least in part for the demand in extra large rugs.

What exactly is an extra large rug?
The definition of extra large is generally considered to be 9ft x 6ft or thereabouts. Whilst bigger rugs may be obtained, they are certainly less common beyond this size.
The same quality criteria and delivery service is applied to all our rugs, large or small, unless otherwise stated on our online rug store.
Is an extra large rug right for you?
Extra large rugs are ideal when it comes to decorating a large area such as a spacious room with plenty of available floor space. Typical settings include:
- large living rooms
- large dining rooms
- large halls
- large studies
- extra large rug replacements or upgrades
The above are typical settings rather than suggestions. Our believe is that our customers are always right, so when it comes to deciding where to place your extra large rug, you know better than any guideline or suggestion.
