Do you think a condo looks tacky if it has area rugs all over to cover up bad stains?

Should they all be exactly the same rug, the same color, the same shape? Do you think it looks tacky if a small condo has three area rugs in it? My condo is 936 square feet. Where is the cheapest store to get an area rug? Thanks.

    go for it as long as the rugs fit in with everything else it doesn’t matter, try big lots for cheap area rugs
