Can anyone can tell me about Shag Rugs?
I am considering buying a new Shag Rug for my livingroom… How durable are they? Are they worth the trouble of cleaning them? Any suggestions for a good company to buy them from?

All I have to say is don’t buy one. My mother is an interior decorator, and she will tell you the same thing. Shag rugs are out of date and out of style. They are difficult to clean, seeing as the absorb a lot of things, and if you are wondering why you’re having a hard time finding companies that sell them, it’s because they’re trying to save you some humiliation.
